MAIN WALL INSULATION SYSTEM:

• Thermo reactive system / resin rich system (B-Stage)
• Micalastic system or Single bar VPI– A resin poor system in which the insulated bars are heated under vacuum and impregnated in heated resin. The dipped bars are then packed in hydraulic pressed curing chamber
• Uncured micalastic system or green bars for VPI
• Special insulation system – Other than the above specified systems, We offer solutions for customer specific insulation systems.

CONDUCTOR INSULATION:

• Enamel with double/single Dacron
• Enamel with double/single glass
• Enamel with single Dacron + single glass

COPPER GRADE: Grades: G1, G2, G3

MAIN WALL INSULATION MATERIAL:

• VPI
• Mica/glass
• Mica/film
• Mica/glass + film

CORONA DISCHARGE PROTECTION:

• Corona shield tape / conductive tape
• Stress grading tape / semi conducting tape

VOLTAGE RANGE:

• 11 KV to 22 KV

TESTING AND INSPECTION: In process inspection: 

• Inter element test
• Nitrogen leak test
• Thermal shock test
• Helium leak test, among many other tests performed while processing

FINAL TESTING:

• Tan delta
• High voltage
