Traction Coils

Our traction coils are made in custom made jigs and fixtures for every order and checked in laser cut wooden mock up former, so that the first coil, the next coil and every other coil made measures just the same and fits exactly at our customers motor.

Main wall Insulation system:

  • Thermo reactive system / resin rich system
  • Micalastic system – A resin poor system in which the insulated bars are heated under vacuum and impregnated in heated resin. The dipped bars are then packed in hydraulic pressed curing chamber
  • Uncured micalastic system
  • Special insulation system – Other than the above specified systems, We offer solutions for customer specific insulation systems.

Conductor insulation:

  • Enamel / dual enamel
  • Enamel / kapton with double / single Dacron
  • Enamel / kapton with double / single glass
  • Enamel / kapton with single Dacron + single glass
  • Enamel / kapton with mica
  • Kapton
  • Nomax

Testing and inspection:

  • Inter element testing
  • Any other test as per customer requirement

  • Production Volume: 2,500 coils per month
  • Copper Handling Capacity: 3 Tonnes per month
