  • Maintain cleanliness and safety within the workplace, following safety guidelines.
  • Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop technical and soft skills.
  • Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
  • Maintain records and documentation as required by the department.

Job Description

  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks during manufacturing.
  • Identify defects, process deviations, and quality issues on the shop floor.
  • Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and process documentation.
  • Ensure implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
  • Analyze rejection, rework, and customer complaints to reduce defects.
  • Support internal audits, customer audits, and compliance activities.
  • Verify raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per specifications.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean.
  • Ensure calibration status of measuring instruments and gauges.
  • Train operators on quality standards and process requirements.
  • Follow safety, environmental, and company policies during operations Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
