Job Description

  • Assist in the production process and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Learn and operate machinery, tools, and equipment as per company guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards by inspecting products for defects and deviations.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety within the workplace, following safety guidelines.
  • Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop technical and soft skills.
  • Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting basic equipment issues
  • Maintain records and documentation as required by the department.
