G.J Wires is a sister concern of NewGen Wires and Coils Pvt Ltd which was established in 2020 to manufacture high-quality speciality insulated wires for electrical industrial applications focusing on HV machines, traction motors, large generators and electric vehicle motors. G.J wires is widely recognised for its ability to deliver consistently high quality products and its quality management system is certified for ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas.
The leadership team comprises technical co-founders with decades of experience in insulation systems having held senior positions in reputed companies like VonRoll, Toyota, etc. Our deep understanding of the electrical industrial applications and exposure to world class insulation technologies and processes enables us to support the insulation requirements of customers during all stages of product development. Our unmatched expertise in this field contributed to many successful collaborations with customers to build latest generation direct drive wind turbines and electric vehicle motors.
Capacities
GJ Wires offers an extensive range of insulated wires designed for demanding applications:
- Enameled Flat Copper Wires: Manufactured up to 60 mm² cross-sectional area, these Class 200 wires are suitable for high-voltage windings, traction motors, large generators and electric vehicle motors.
- Enameled Flat Aluminium Wires: Produced up to 100 mm² cross-sectional area, these Class 200 wires are used in various electrical applications requiring lightweight and efficient conductors.
The annual production capacity:
- Enamelled Flat Copper Wires: 3,120 tons.
- Enamelled Flat Aluminium Wires: 600 tons.
